Billfo is an online software service. We do not ship physical goods.

How you get access

• Free trial and Free plan: your account is ready as soon as you sign up and confirm your email.
• Paid plans: your plan is switched on in your account right after the payment succeeds, usually within a few minutes.
• You use Billfo in your web browser, or install it on your phone from the browser. There is nothing to download or post.

If something does not switch on

If you paid and your plan does not show within an hour, write to us with your registered email and the payment date. See the cancellation and refund policy if you want your money back.
