Cancelling
- Cancel any time from Settings → Plan and billing.
- After you cancel, you are not charged again.
- Your records stay in your account on the Free plan, and you can always view and download them.
Refunds
If you were charged by mistake, or Billfo didn't work for you, write to us as soon as you notice with your registered email and the payment date. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment partner, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
