How can we help?

Practical steps for billing and business records.

Create your first invoice

Sign in, open Business settings and check your details. Add products and customers, then choose New invoice. Select the place of supply, review tax and payment, and save. A saved invoice displays its real invoice number. Open it to print or save a PDF.

Use Billfo on your phone

The mobile workspace shows the same business records as desktop. Simple and detailed invoice views use the same tax calculation. Keep the page open while a save is pending. If the response is uncertain, retry the unchanged invoice to check the same save request.

Account access

The account owner runs the business. To share your books with your accountant, open Settings, then Team & access, and send them the invite link: they get read-only access without your password. Billing and Books share one login. On the Business and Premium plans, your sales, customer payments and credit or debit notes from Billing are copied into Books each time the owner signs in to Books; purchases, supplier payments and expenses are not copied. Books is a separate app with its own ledgers.

Your records and exports

Billing requires an internet connection to read or save records. Save confirmation appears only after the database confirms the invoice. Invoice links require the business account; send customers a printed invoice or PDF. Reports are working summaries and should be reviewed before filing. Billfo does not automatically submit GST returns.
